Add User Properties to Connect Conditions

Issue Summary

Connect Conditons in Confluence Cloud currently support general and content conditons.

This is a request to add User Properties to Connect Conditions.

User cases include avoiding loading web panels, web items, etc, based on a user preference or flag using conditions.

The ability to create a kind of variables/conditional behaviour of some an app’s functions based on the user’s choice. For example, add the ability for the user to choose not to show some UI elements on a specific page based on their choice.

This ability would improve the user’s experience and keep their Confluence pages neater.

So, some of the keys to be integrated with existing Connect Conditions and support the User as an entity type in addition to space and content.
