Extra scrollbars displayed when using generalPages connect module

Issue Summary

When using the General Pages Connect module in Confluence extra scroll-bars (most of the time a vertical one, but in some occasions also an horizontal one) are displayed.

This looks like the same issue already reported in CONFCLOUD-72010 - Full height general page not sized correctly but it's not. This issue has been introduced recently and the workaround provided in there does not work in this case.

 
The same issue does not affect the general pages module in Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Confluence Cloud, navigate to Apps -> Find New Apps (the issue can also be reproduced using the Hello world section of the "creating a general page"tutorial on DAC)

Expected Results

Only a vertical scroll bar is displayed

Actual Results

Extra vertical and horizontal scroll-bars are displayed:

 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
