Legacy template editor is too small

      Issue Summary

      Legacy template editor is too small, so it's hard to edit templates on legacy TinyMCE editor.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a Space or Global templates list.
      2. Click Edit a Legacy template.

      Expected Results

      Editor must be shown as full screen.

      Actual Results

      Editor is small as 1/4 of the screen.

      Workaround

      Convert the template to the new editor.
