Make the page name displayed in the Surrounding Panel of the Excerpt Include macro optionnaly clickable

XMLWordPrintable

      Description

When adding/editing the Excerpt Include macro with the "Remove Surrounding Panel" option cleared (i.e., not ticked), the name of the source page appears in bold text at the top of a panel box surrounding the excerpted contents.

As for many other page-referencing macros, it would be convenient if the page name were an hyperlink (as an option).

      Suggestion

Include an additional option in the Excerpt Include macro add/edit popup to make the page name displayed in the surrounding panel rendered as an hyperlink. This tick box could be grayed out whenever the "Remove Surrounding Panel" option is ticked.
