Page property Report macro doesn't render values if there is a merged row in Page Property table

Issue Summary

If a Page Property macro contains a table with a merged row, then the table values of the aren't rendered in the Page Properties Report macro. This issue is replicated in both legacy and the new editor.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a page with a page property macro
• Add a table with a few rows and add a merged row anywhere in the table.
• Now try to display the table values in the Page Properties Report macro.
• The fields are rendered empty like in the screenshot below.

Expected Results

The required rows should be displayed or there should be an error thrown.

Actual Results

Empty values are rendered in the Page Properties Report macro

Workaround

Remove the merged row and the expected values are rendered.
