Issue Summary
Apps can define icons associated with their dynamic content macros. The legacy Confluence editor displayed these icons for all combinations of outputType and bodyType, but the new editor only shows the icons when the bodyType is "rich-text".
Steps to Reproduce
- Install the app https://dx-macro-icons-app.glitch.me/connect.json (source code https://glitch.com/edit/#!/dx-macro-icons-app?path=connect.json%3A75%3A25).
- Insert all 6 macros on a confluence page to observe the different combinations of outputType and bodyType when in edit mode.
- Copy the page and remove the "editor" page property using Property Inspector for Confluence (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223854/property-inspector-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview).
- Open the second page in edit mode.
Expected Results
Both editors display the macro icons for all 6 macros.
Actual Results
The v2 editor only shows macro icons when the body type is "rich-text".
