    Description

      Issue Summary

In a premium instance with both Jira and Confluence, if there's any IP allowlisting set to Jira, it won't be possible to create a Jira event on Team Calendars

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set an IP allowlist enabled for Jira
      2. Go to Team Calendars and try to create any Jira event (Jira Issue Dates, Jira Agile Sprints or Jira Project Releases)
      3. Select JQL and type any valid query

      Expected Results

It should retrieve the date fields

      Actual Results

      An error is shown:

      Something went wrong.
      Please try again later.

The following request responds with a 500 status:

      Request URL: https://INSTANCE.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/calendar-services/1.0/calendar/jira/b5f97ee2-(...)-bca79c89bd44/date-fields/jql.json?query=text~test
      Request Method: GET
      Status Code: 500

      Response

["The response from text~test didn't make sense"]

      Workarounds

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
