Using ` as a keyboard shortcut in Finnish keyboard layout doesn't handle markup properly

Issue Summary

Finnish keyboard (probably also other scandinavian keyboards) doesn't handle ` for markdown shortcut correctly. This bug also applies to Jira and probably Bitbucket as they use the same editor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In editor or comments type `foo` using Finnish keyboard layout to get inline code foo

Expected Results

foo

Actual Results

`oo

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
