Page can't be exported to word if it contains a Jira macro with an issue that has any mention on its description

Summary

If a page contains a JIRA Issue/Filter macro that lists an issue with an user mention on its description, this page can't be exported to Word.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue on Jira and add a mention on its description
2. In the Confluence page, create a Jira macro and search/ select that issue
3. Set the macro to Table view and include the ticket's description on the Columns to display field
4. Publish the page and try to export the page to word

Expected Results

The page should be exported to a Word document

Actual Results

The request fails with a 500 status code and It redirects to an error page:

We’ll be back in a flash
We’ve encountered a small problem, but we should have it sorted out soon.

Workaround

At this time, the only available workaround is to either remove the mention from the ticket's description or not displaying the issue's description on the Jira filter macro.
