Issue Summary

Reverting the overview page version in 'Software Project Space' changes the editor to TinyMCE/Old Editor.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a 'software project space'. Choose any project.
Edit Overview page that is in Fabric/New Editor.
Publish the overview page after making changes.
Revert the page to version 1.
The editor is now the old one.

Expected Results

The editor of the overview page must remain the new one.

Actual Results

The editor changes to Old one.

Workaround

No workaround as of now.
