Issue Summary

• An error is thrown when adding the Jira Issue Dates or Jira Agile Sprints event types to a Confluence Team Calendar.

Steps to Reproduce

For Jira Issue Dates event type:

1. Create a new instance with just Jira and Confluence.
2. Create some Jira issues with a due date (just 1 issue will do);
3. Create a new Team Calendar in Confluence;
4. Click Add Event (Event type = Jira Issue Dates) > Name the event > Select the Display (Project, Saved filter, or JQL (advanced) > Under "Show - Single date:" check Sprints > Click OK
5. No Sprints will display on the calendar (in the legacy Team Calendar UI the error listed below will be displayed in the UI)

For Jira Agile Sprints event type:

1. Create a new instance with just Jira and Confluence.
2. Create some Jira issues with a due date (just 1 issue will do);
3. Create a new Team Calendar in Confluence;
4. Click Add Event (Event type = Jira Agile Sprints) > Select the Project > Name the event > Click OK
5. No Sprints will display on the calendar (in the legacy Team Calendar UI the error listed below will be displayed in the UI)

Expected Results

• Issues to be returned normally

Actual Results

• And error is thrown to the user:

  Error(s) occurred.

  Unable to load events of test (6e388a84-4aee-4b6a-a769-d6828ab1f8fa): com.atlassian.confluence.extra.calendar3.exception.CalendarException: calendar3.error.jiraresponse

Workaround

• As a workaround, you can use the Jira Issue Dates event type and remove the Sprints option from being displayed, this would avoid this error from being thrown. There is currently no workaround for the Jira Agile Sprints event type.
