Page containing around 100 JIRA links or more doesn't behave properly

Issue Summary

When we are creating a page to report JIRA issues using different JIRA macros, if the number of JIRA links is more than around 100, we face some issues to edit, load and copy this page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page;
2. Insert multiple JIRA issues in the page, with JIRA macros (using JIRA filters or custom JQLs);
3. Make sure the number of JIRA issues is 100 or higher.

Expected Results

All the JIRA links load fine and the page is editable, copiable and loads fine.

Actual Results

We receive timeout errors or the error below:

Error code 429 - JIRA server returned an error: Too Many Requests

Notes

• This happens on both editor but on the old one 80 JIRA links are enough to start to experience issues;
• If the JIRA macro is set to Table and it is set to show 200 results or more if you are including custom fields, the slowness is worst - sometimes the page not even loads.

Workaround

Split the page into multiple ones, in order to have around 50~70 JIRA issues per page.
