Hovering the padlock icon on a page with edit restriction will display "No restrictions"

      Issue Summary

      UI/UX bug
      When overing the padlock icon on a page with edit restrictions only, the alt text will say "No restrictions", causing confusion to users.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a page on view mode and click on the padlock (restrictions) icon
      2. Set an edit restriction
      3. Apply
      4. On view mode again, hover the padlock icon

      Expected Results

      It should say "Restrictions Apply"

      Actual Results

      It says "No restrictions"

      Workaround

      Click on the padlock to check if the page has edit restrictions.

            Hi everyone,

            Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Confluence users.

            As we continue to roll out features we do look at requests made by our users and if you feel like this bug is still impacting your team please let us know.
