      Edit functionality is disabled for certain users for certain customers

      Steps to Reproduce

      The issue is currently not reproducible. If you are seeing this bug, please comment and let us know if you are also seeing it in Incognito mode. Additionally:

      URLs to test on https://websocketstest.com
      If the network does not support/allow wss connections, the "WebSockets (Port 443, SSL)" section will be blank.

      Expected Results

      Edit functionality should we visible in Confluence for all users

      Actual Results

      Edit functionality header grayed out for certain customers

      Workaround - Known Issue

      A customer reporting this issue discovered that their websocket connections was blocked by their proxy set by their IT department. A workaround is to use Firefox with a manual proxy when editing in Confluence.
