Bring the option to show attachments as links to the new editor

Problem Definition

On the legacy editor, there was an option to show the attached files as a link, but this option is not available on the new editing experience, as you can only show the file as an icon/thumbnail.

Bring the "show as link" functionality to files attached to the new editor
