Issue Summary

ALL SPACES on left sidebar is meant to show the first 10 spaces on the site which allow anonymous access.

Currently, no spaces are being shown, even if there are some spaces with permissions opened up to anonymous users.

Environment

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

Enable anonymous access on site
Create a space and leave anonymous access enabled.
Access site as anonymous user (either logout or access using Incognito Mode)

Expected Results

ALL SPACES dialogue on left sidebar should display the space you created.

Actual Results

No spaces are displayed.

Workaround

No current workaround

Fix

We should remove the "all spaces" section for anonymous users - As an anonymous user, you can navigate to space directory to see all spaces.
