Issue Summary
When the administrator tries to get the email address from a user that restricted the account's visibility via id.atlassian.com to Only me and administrators, the admin cannot get the email address.
Expected Results
If it's the admin who is trying to get this information, he/she should be able to get the users' email address.
Actual Results
The email address isn't returned.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
