Issue Summary
When a Confluence user with application access creates and/or edits a page on Confluence Cloud its profile picture and name are displayed below the page title.
Each user with an Atlassian Account now have an option to mark their profile picture private (Only visible to the user), or only visible to their organization, or public visible.
But it you set the visibility of your profile picture to be visible only to you, and an anonymous user browse a page that you created/edited in Confluence Cloud, this anonymous user can view your profile picture.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create/edit a page in Confluence Cloud site
- Go to Atlassian Account privacy settings (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility) and set your profile picture to be visible only to you
- On Confluence Cloud make the page you created/edited publicly accessible by anonymous user
- Open the page using your browser's incognito/private mode to view this page as anonymous
Expected Results
The profile picture of the user that created/edited the page shouldn't be displayed.
Actual Results
The profile picture of the user that created/edited the page is showing to anonymous users, even though this user set its profile picture to be visible only to them.

Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Confluence users.
