Inserting a 3rd party live macro sets the height incorrectly

Issue Summary

Environment

• New editor
• 3rd party live macro

  Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the live macro to the page, wait for the iframe to load
2. The height of the macro is set incorrectly and the toolbar shows on the wrong spot

Expected Results

Macro is sized correctly and not truncated.

Workaround

Scroll the page gets the macro working correctly.
