Update "Add formatting to your page"

      Problem Definition

      Currently, the page under Add formatting to your page still references the Section Tool. However, the default text editor does not have this.
      We must resort to the Legacy Editor

      Suggested Solution

      Specify in the document that by default this is not the current experience in Confluence Cloud. To use this feature one needs to rely on the Legacy Editor
