Multimedia Macro is disabling Inline Comments

Issue Summary

When the Multimedia Macro is being used, it disables the Inline Comments in the page.

Environment

  Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach a video file to a page and use the Multimedia Macro to use the video in the page body;
2. Publish the page;
3. Try to add am Inline comment.

Expected Results

The Inline comment (and "Create Issue" as well) option should appear.

Actual Results

The Inline comment (and "Create Issue" as well) option doesn't appear.

Workaround

I found two workarounds we can use:

Use the video without the Multimedia Macro:

1. Delete the Multimedia Macro in the page;
2. Go to the insert files option in the editor;
3. Select the "Attached to this page" option and insert the video as a file;
4. Publish the page;
5. Inline comments are now able to be added.

Delete the Multimedia Macro and then restore the previous version:

1. Edit the page and delete the Multimedia Macro;
2. Publish the page;
3. Go to the ellipses (at the top-right on the window) and select "Page History";
4. Restore the page for the previous version;
5. Now the Inline comments are available to be added.
