It's no longer possible to add @ mentions to templates in Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new template, try to add an @ mention, it's no longer an option.

Expected Results

Ability to @ mention users in a template.

Actual Results

@ mentions are no longer possible in a template.

Workaround

No current workaround, besides copying an existing page.
