When user shares content to the user with an apostrophe in the name she gets a confirmation with an incorrectly encoded name in it.

Issue Summary

Share confirmation dialog encodes usernames. As seen here, the apostrophe in Niall's last name was encoded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a user with an apostrophe in the name.
2. Share a content to this user.

Expected Results

User that shared will get a confirmation of successful share with a properly mentioned name in it.

Actual Results

User that shared will get a confirmation of successful share with an incorrectly encoded name in it. ( )

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
