Add "Last Jira login date" and "Last Confluence login date" to REST API user calls

Being able to automatically report on last login date for all users key when reporting on Jira's/Confluence's success and user engagement within our organisation.

Neither /user nor /user/search return info on the last login date needed to find dormant users.

And even using user/search you cannot search for "Last Jira login date" and "Last Confluence login date" but getting last login date for all users is much more helpful for reporting on Jira's/Confluence's success within our organisation.
