Summary
Currently, user email is visible for all users even though the User Email visibility is set to be visible for site-administrators only.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Security Configuration in Confluence.
- Set User Email Visibility to only visible to site administrators.
- Log in as a normal Confluence user (who is not a site admin).
- Hover over another user's name.
Expected Results
User's email should not be visible when hovering over the user name.
Actual Results
User's email should is visible when hovering over the user name.
Notes
This seems to be a regression of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-54669
Workaround
