      User profile macro does not update the user's info when a change is made if the instance has People Directory

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a user profile macro and link it to a user
      2. Update the user info on People Directory
      3. Refresh the page with user profile macro

      Expected Results

      The info inside the macro will be updated

      Actual Results

      The info inside the macro doesn't update

      Workaround
