Description
Summary
Inline comments with emojis included display anchor like behavior
Environment
* Cloud Confluence
- Using inline comments
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate through a page with inline comments using arrows up and down
Expected Results
- Normal navigation occurs, seamlessly, whether navigating up or down
Actual Results
- When hitting a particular comment you get kicked to the top of the page
How to spot the problem
- Right click the suspect comment's highlighted text
- Close inspection might reveal that text and an emoji is highlighted
- The emoji inserts an additional tag; which behaves similarly to an anchor
- Right clicking the highlighted text and inspect the elements, then edit the tag as HTML
- Removing the extra tag will stop the issue, however it won't update the Storage format and will appear after loading again.
Potential Workaround(theoretical)
- Have the user who created the inline comment edit it, remove the emoji, separating it from the highlighted text. Or deleting the emoji and then try to add it again. This may remove it from the storage format as desired in order to keep the tag out when loading the comment.
