Comment section of a page is missing for new look and feel if there is a large amount of comments

For new look and feel: comment section is missing for a page that has large amount of comments (more than 150 comments).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you are using new look and feel.
2. Create a page
3. Create 150 comments or more
4. Refresh the page

Expected Results

Comment section should be shown properly.

Actual Results

Comment section is missing.

Notes

If you try to access comment section using some link (e.g. notification link from e-mail), comments will be displayed wrongly or not displayed at all.
