Dashed word in Confluence automatically creates a link to a non-existent JIRA issue

      Issue

      If we use words such as RS-232, DB-9 or XYZ-1234455 Confluence creates a link to JIRA. Even if we don't have JIRA projects with 'RS', 'DB' or 'XYZ' keys.

      It would be nice to be able to prevent these links from being auto-created (without having to use workarounds all the time).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page
      2. Place a title and type 'RS-232' in the page content
      3. Save the page
      4. 'RS-232' appears as a link pointing to a JIRA Issue that doesn't exist

      Workaround

      1. Create a page
      2. Place a title and start typing '{' then type 'No Format' and insert the macro
      3. Type 'RS-232' inside the macro
      4. Save the page
      5. 'RS-232' appears normal - no link

      OR

      Instead of typing 'RS-232', can also use:

      • Rs-232
      • rs-232
