Page Properties Report Macro Bug '&'

We are experiencing a strange error with the Page Properties Report macro on our Confluence OnDemand instance.

The issue appears to be if you include a '&' between two usernames in the data field. It renders on the origin page ok. It works if you remove the '&' (e.g. replace with the word 'and').
