Confluence macros not working with error: 'Unknown macro: { }'

      After weekly maintenance, some OnDemand customers are reporting that certain Confluence system Macros are not working such as dashboard macros and basic macros

      It may be possible to enable the macros via the add-ons menu in confluence, however sometimes a restart is needed.

      workaround

      Restarting Confluence resolves this issue.

            Please help us solve this issue in our instance as well!
            The Basic Macros Plugin has been disabled, and we are not able to enable it again.

            Update: This issue has been fixed for us with a restart by support center. Thank you!

            My OnDemand instance is experiencing this as well with the following error showing up on our Confluence Dashboard: Unknown macro:

            We are experiencing this issue in our hosted instance, we can no longer link Jira cards to Confluence docs getting "Uknown macro:

            {detailssummary}

            " and Unknown Macro:

            {details}

            " anytime we open a new product requirements page. If there is a workaround we would love to know what it is as this is having a big impact on our productivity
