Unable to select file to import space using IE11

Summary

Clicking the "Select file to import" button on Confluence using Internet Explorer 11 does not open the file picker.

Environment

Confluence Cloud
Internet Explorer 11

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence Administration > Import Spaces
2. Click the "Select file to import" button

Expected Results

A file picker window should open for you to pick the file to import.

Actual Results

Nothing happens.

Workaround

Use Firefox or Chrome.
