Ability to collapse Expand macro when editing

      It would be great to be able to roll up expand macros in the editor. Having large chunks of secondary text on the edit page makes a poor user experience.  

      For example, you can't see and review a list of items if one has a chunk of expandable text attached.

            I noticed this update yesterday and was overjoyed but now it's no longer working today - Infuriating. Feels like having an arm cut off, it's that frustrating when working on a very long page made up only of tens of expandable blocks. @Alex K: Any idea why it might not be working any more? I'm on Confluence Cloud accessed on MacOS 13.4.1 and I've tried on Chrome 114.0.5735.198 and Safari 16.5.1 (18615.2.9.11.7), with and without private/incognito tabs.

            Just noticed this improvement while working today, love it! Now shoving details down into expand blocks helps me, not just my readers!

            This is Alex from the Confluence Cloud team. Great news – we have now released this feature!

            Thank you again for your suggestion to allow collapsing expands in the editor. Please note, that the collapsed expand is visible for yourself only (not propagated to collaborative editors) and the state does not persist after closing and re-opening the editor.

            +1 This would be very helpful for anyone who has multiple expands within a page. I personally use it to format multiple tables and struggle with having to scroll to a specific section of the page when they are all expanded. It would definitely help in terms of productivity.

            I realized the suggestion was created in 2017, do you need any help to expedite it? You really have very patient customers, but it will not last forever.
