History/audit trail for new events and changes

Like other Confluence content, it should be possible to see the change history of a calendar entry - who added/edited it, when and what changed. This would make it possible to review who had added or changed entries or look for changes by a particular user. This is important both from an audit perspective, but also to allow visibility of who is change what in a calendar.
