[Confluence question] The text of the "insert image" button need to change

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      The confluence "insert image dialog" now has become "insert image&file" dialog. You may need to change the text of the button to match with Confluence .

      However, vfatia and sarnaud I heard there are some discussion around to decide should we keep that text "insert image and files" or not. So could you also notify the CQ team when the decision is made ?
