Make quick reload plugin available in Confluence Data Center

      The quick reload function notifies users when a new comment has been added to a page they are currently viewing. The feature does not currently perform to our satisfaction with very large user bases and so it is disabled in Confluence Data Center.

      We plan to make the Confluence Quick Reload plugin available in Confluence Data Center as soon as these issues are resolved.
