    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Overall the @mention function works on our site, but one user is unable to be mentioned. This is an active user, with administrator permissions, and as far as I can see has no specific settings that would disable others from mentioning them.
