NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
The space export to PDF makes nice use of the PDF Bookmarks feature. Each page from teh selected confluence pages gets a bookmark tag, which gives us a nice "Index" or TOC on the left bar when one opens the document in PDF reader.
However, the PDF export of a page feature fails to make use of this very cool and useful feature. Which forces us to use the TOC macro. However, that TOC is not as good because it does not "float" like the bookmarks do.
Suggestion: make the page PDF export also bookmark the content. It can be done by automatically giving a bookmark to each Level 1 heading.
*would be cool if one could control if this is done to Level 1, 2, 3....

: any solution ?
Did my first PDF export and miss the PDF bookmarks.
I exported many documents from MS Word, it's an advanced option to create PDF bookmark that I always use.
Is there any similar option in Confluence that I couldn't find ?
(Or the whole thing just another usefull function that doesn't exist and will never be implemented in the base ?)
