"Too many open files" error during index operations

    Description

      This is a regression of CONF-7401, caused by the wrong version of Lucene being included in WEB-INF/lib/ (CONF-9249).

      The error looks like this:

      com.atlassian.bonnie.LuceneException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: .../confluence-home/index/_135.del (Too many open files)

      A workaround will be posted once we've determined the definitive list of JARs to remove.
