Standalone with JDK 1.5 running under Windoes XP SP2

When printing out a confluence page, the print should have its pages seperated based on headings, for example every H1 heading should indicate a new page with that heading being at the top of the page. and every other heading eg, h2, h3, h4 should not be able to be placed at the bottom of a page with the text for that section being placed on the next page, perhaps confluence could identify that a new section has begun and ensure that at least 4 or 5 lines of text can fit in the same page otherwise the whole section needs to be moved to a new page.
Also, the size of the font seems to be larger in printouts than what it is on the original page of confluence.
Finally, any attachments (such as images) that are displayed on a page are not displayed when exported to word. Can this be changed?
