Javascript errors when draft/heartbeat is interrupted can cause Internet Explorer to crash

    Description

      Javascript errors occur when draft saving is interrupted by the user navigating away from the page, either by submitting the form or clicking a link.

      In Firefox, these appear as CONF-5677.

      In Internet Explorer, these can sometimes cause crashes.

      They need to be fixed.
