RSS feed macro dont works with "Not permitted" error.

      HTTP Proxy Server WITHOUT authentication, at catalina.bat line added: set JAVA_OPTS="-Dhttp.proxyHost=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -Dhttp.proxyPort=xxxx"

      Rss feeds (sample included, and my custom) renders with error:

      "Could not retrieve http://www.bbc.co.uk/syndication/feeds/news/ukfs_news/world/rss091.xml - Not Permitted"

      Confluence console log message:
      2006-02-21 15:16:49,062 WARN [apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodBase] processAuthenticationResponse No credentials available for the 'Admin' authentication realm at www.bbc.co.uk

      HTTP proxy logs not contains requests for this URL - there was no initiated requests from Confluence to http proxy server.

      RSS feeds requested does not need any authentication and accessible from confluence server via Internet Explorer without any problems.
