Attachments with Unicode file name changed to ???? when system restarts

      After application server stops and starts, attachments with unicode file name renamed to ?????.
      The number of ? equals to the number of unicode character.
      For example if I attached a file '가나다라.doc', it changed to ????.doc after restarting application server.
