This issue is actually with version 2.1.3. When editing an existing page in the Rich Text editor, any anchor link in this format:

MySection

Is unexpectedly changed to:

[MySection]

An ugly workaround is to make the Wiki Markup editor the default editor, then edit the page and change anchor links to the following format:

Alias for MySection
