End of Life health check reports as a failure, when viewing the instance health page it shows as a pass

Summary

The end of life health check reports as failed and fires a notification, however when viewing the page it has passed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup network such that the marketplace will not respond within 20s
2. Start up Confluence
3. Use as normal

Expected Results

The end of life health check does not fail

Actual Results

It does, and when viewing the page it reports as a pass

Notes

The health check scheduler is setup with a timeout of 20s, however when viewing the page it has no timeout. This means background jobs can fail however the foreground will pass.
