No indication for window range in my calendar view

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      There is no indication in Month and Week view what that range of the time window is - year, month, week#. This should be there similar to the voew of the team calendars macro.
