I tried to submit a question and got this error.

It's probably because I started drafting the question a few hours ago, went to lunch, let my computer goto sleep, then came back and finished it off.

As suggested by the error, I used my browser's "back" button, then re-submitted the form, but to no avail — it would just present me with the same error.

I tried the second suggestion (reloading the page) but that cleared the question editor so I lost my question.
