Add "label" filtering to {children}

      The ability to filter the output of various macros by label would be highly benificial - you could list all the children of a page that are labelled "Meeting" or "Report", you could show the last 5 blogposts of the label "PressRelease".

      The macros I have in mind are the blog-posts and children macros, however there may be others which would benifit from such filtering.
