Description
Summary
Opening videos on Confluence pages eventually fails.
Environment
- Confluence 1000.929.0
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Confluence page.
- Attach a video file to it (e.g: mp4)
- Save the page.
- Open the video
Expected Results
The video plays normally.
Actual Results
The following error is displayed on the screen:
Ouch! We can't load the media file.
/wiki/rest/documentConversion/0.1/conversion/convert/3288327/1
The browser console throws the following:
VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. MediaError {code: 4, message: "The media could not be loaded, either because the …rk failed or because the format is not supported."}

Notes
Eventually, clicking a second time on the video will work.
Workaround
Beside clicking twice on the video, there's no other workaround so far.
