Update IIS8 Documentation

According to a customer, we need to update the IIS8 (the one compatible with Synchrony) documentation. He mentioned that the following entry should be added into the JVM:

CATALINA_OPTS=-Dorg.apache.tomcat.websocket.DISABLE_BUILTIN_EXTENSIONS=true %CATALINA_OPTS%

Reason:

• IIS 8.0 does not support the Sec-WebSockets-Extension permessage-defalte header.
